There is so much conflicting information out there today about health and weight loss. It can be a challenge to determine what the best method for achieving and maintaining good health is or the best way to lose excess weight. I have battled my weight and trying to get healthy since I was a child and was finally able to lose 120 pounds and get to a healthy weight. I have now been able to maintain a healthy weight for over five years.

Here at The BlueEyed Chef,  I will share with you the knowledge that I have obtained throughout my struggles to get where I am today. I will also ensure you are up to date on the latest data about healthy living and weight loss by doing the research for you. I will then use this data to consistently present you with simple, actionable tips that you can easily implement into your life in order to see fast positive results and change your life for the better!

I have experienced the ups and downs of dieting and struggled to achieve and maintain a healthy body myself. Over the years I have learned tons of information that I believe would be highly useful to anyone now going through the struggle to achieve a healthy body.
